The American Youth Soccer Organization Region 1336 will be holding registration for the spring session at Hawkins Elementary School on the following dates:
Friday, Feb. 5 …. 3:30-6:30pm
Tuesday, Feb. 9… 3:30-6:30pm
Saturday, Feb. 20… Noon- 4PM
To be eligible to play, children must have been four years old by 7/31/09.
Cost of registration is $45 for new players (includes $25 registration fee + $20 uniform fee) and $25 for returning Fall players. If you are registering more than one child in your family, don’t forget to ask about our sibling discounts.
To save time, you can complete player and volunteer applications online at www.eayso.org. Remember AYSO is a non-profit ALL-VOLUNTEER organization, and we always need parents, family members and friends to get involved. We have excellent FREE training clinics to help you and as an added incentive AYSO 1336 is also participating in the Disney Give a Day, Get a Day program!
What To Bring:
Player’s name and birth date. New players must bring a birth certificate or other proof of age.
Name, home phone and work phone of both parents and/or guardians
Name, address and phone number of someone to contact in an emergency
Name of player’s doctor and medical insurance company, if any
A check, money order, or cash for the registration fees.
Three copies of your player/volunteer form if completed online.
Prior to games, you will be provided an AYSO uniform (jersey, shorts and socks.) Shin guards are also required and are the responsibility of the parents to supply. Cleats are recommended but not mandatory.

Parents:
The Fall 2009 parent meeting will be held on Friday, August 21st, 2009 beginning at 6:30 PM at the Rogersville Park and Recreation Department. All parents need to attend this meeting. You will be given your child’s team assignment and meet the coach.

All summer long, you’ve probably been moping around, feeling bored and waiting for fall soccer season to begin, right?
We understand, and we have some great news for you.
AYSO Region 1336 will be holding registration for the 2009 fall season at the Rogersville City Parks and Recreation Department on the following dates and times:
Saturday, July 18th 12-2PM
Monday, July 20th 4-6PM,
Saturday, July 25th 12-3PM
Monday, July 27th, 4-6PM
Saturday, August 15th, 12-4PM
Due to current economic conditions, the fee increase, which was approved in the spring, has been repealed. The total cost per player will revert to $45 (This includes a $25 registration fee + $20 uniform fee. The uniform includes shorts, jersey and socks.) All fees are due at the time of registration, and sibling discounts are available.
Children must be four years old by 07/31/09 to be eligible for registration. Parents/guardians will need their child’s birth certificate for age verification, his/her uniform size, contact information and name of child’s primary care physician (if applicable.)

Please note: players registering after the final date will be added to a waiting list and, if placements become available, will be charged a $10 late fee.
So make sure you stop by and register on time.
